Love their food & service. Their patio is so lovely and relaxing, while I was having my lunch I was listening to the birds sing. Very enjoyable Γ°ΕΈβ€˜Β

The first time I ate at El Jardin I had the seafood enchilada and it was so delicious my mouth kept watering every time I thought about it so I drove down from Watsonville 2 weeks ago just to eat it again. But I was so disappointed because the seafood was not the same and it wasnÒ€ℒt fresh. For example, instead of real shrimp they used those tiny brine shrimp you see frozen in the super market that have no flavor at all. I guess it must be a seasonal dish because the first time I ate there was in the summer and now itÒ€ℒs winter. In that case, they should take it off the menu because the second seafood enchilada was terrible. The margarita was good though .

Food was amazing. Saturday night was busy so we had to wait a bit. Aside from the wait, the food was amazing and portions were huge. Margaritas were amazing. Will definitely be back

I've eaten at Jardines a few times and I've always had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the food is delicious and the cocktails are worth the money! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that most every time I go, the server takes a very long time to bring the check. I end up having to flag someone down to call our server. I don't get my feathers too ruffled over it because I'm usually there with time to relax and enjoy.

Best Mexican food ever. My family has been coming here for years. I have never been disappointed by the service and food. Their enchiladas, and micheladas are my favorite. Also the ambiance is very beautiful.

Love this place! Backyard environment is priceless and often breathtaking! Food is better than average with reasonably large portions.

Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant. Being in old historic San Juan Bautista in and of itself is awesome. But the ambiance, service, food, and lovely patio dining at reasonable prices? Cannot beat it. Lovely. Cannot leave there still hungry.

This is definitely the best of the two mexican restaurants in San Juan Bautista. The rice and beans are very good which is key. Everything I've tried here has been decent. The tacos and chile verde I thought were average, but I really like the enchiladas and fajitas. Sadly the mixed drinks are on the weak side, so maybe stick to beer. The ambiance is great. Sit outside if you can. It's a beautiful setting.

I have eaten at Jardines de San Juan twice and I LOVE this place!! My favorite dish is the Seafood Enchiladas and my favorite drink is the Strawberry Lemonade. We ate outdoors on the veranda on an absolute beautiful day. With Jardines de San Juan being around for 45 years, I enjoy supporting Ò€œmom and popÒ€ businesses. Eating at Jardines de San Juan would not be a disappointment!!

Questions & Answers

They do accommodate large groups

Yes for outdoor seating. Plenty of space.

Yes. You need to order at the open door in back, and they bring to your table.

Unfortunately we will be missing mother's day at Jardines for breakfast this year, we have a lot of family members who showed up 20 total

For a party that size, it would have to be outside. I'm sure the band wouldn't be a problem.
